Donor Advised Funds

Donating through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) is a great way to support Voice Health Institute. Through your Donor Advised Fund you can make a one-time gift, set up pre-scheduled grants, and recurring grants.

To recommend a gift to VHI, you will need to request a grant distribution from your DAF sponsor and provide our Tax Identification Number: 13-4269601.

If your DAF is managed through Fidelity Charitable, DAFgiving360, or BNY Mellon, you can recommend your gift using the DAF Direct button below.

Wire Transfers

Appreciated Securites

IRA Charitable Rollover

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution directly from your IRA to VHI, potentially satisfying your required minimum distribution without increasing your taxable income.

Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your contribution. Check with your company's HR department or see if your employer will match your donation using the button below.

Planned Gifts

Consider increasing the impact of your campaign gift by including VHI in your estate plans. Your planned gift creates a meaningful legacy while potentially offering tax benefits for you and your loved ones. Planned gifts can be made through:

  • Bequests in Your Will or Living Trust: Designate a specific amount or percentage of your estate to support VHI. If you would like to leave a gift to Voice Health Institute in your will, living trust or estate planning, please designate VHI as a beneficiary with the following information:

  • Retirement Plan or Life Insurance Designations: Name VHI as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy—a simple way to make a significant gift. Contact your plan administrator for a change of beneficiary form or visit the beneficiary page on your plan’s website, where you can complete the form electronically. You may also choose to designate VHI as a contingent beneficiary, which means that VHI only receives the gift in the event your primary beneficiary does not survive you.
